        Well furnished one-story terrace house with a modern & minimal look. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, induction cooker and complete kitchenware. Big and spacious living area with air-conditioned and flat screen TV along with Netflix channel, suitable for a family with small kids or gathering between friends. 
 
        The house provide 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom for the comfort during the stay. All the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioned, a queen-sized bed, linens and towels. Free shampoo and body wash is prepared in the bathroom for a refreshing shower after a long ride. All the area in the house is accessible with free wifi network to meets all your needs for a relaxing gateway.

  • Maximum occupancy in the house is four adults and four children age below 6 years.
  • Kids age 6 years and above are consider as adult.

House deposit of RM100 is required upon booking the house. House deposit will be return if the guest keep and follow the house rules bellow.  
  • Check in from 3 pm and check out by 12 pm. Late check out will be charged RM15/hour.
  • Non halal items containing PORK, LARD & ALCOHOL is not permitted on the property.
  • No smoking and related activities to smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the house.
  •  No shoes, pets and parties is allowed inside the house.
  • Quiet time from 11pm to 7am.
  • Clean and throw away the rubbish before checking out.
